I’ve spent two decades living and practicing in the beautiful Golden Bay, New Zealand, but my journey began with immersive studies in Boulder, Colorado. There, I learned under Farida Sharan ND at the School of Natural Medicine, at the Feet First School of Reflexology, and with James Allred & Madeline Angelus at the School of Advanced Colonic Techniques. These foundations, along with years of hands-on experience, have shaped my holistic and deeply personal approach to wellness. My passion for true health sparked over 25 years ago with a major lightbulb moment: realizing that so much of what fills our supermarket shelves isn’t real food—it’s more like a slow poison than nourishment. From that day, I knew my calling was to help others discover what genuinely supports their bodies and spirits, and to share the wisdom of living in harmony with nature’s principles. Through my work, I guide clients to explore what foods and lifestyle choices help them thrive, and how to reconnect with their natural ability to heal. It’s about more than just treating symptoms—it’s about uncovering root causes, using nature-cure methods, and harnessing the healing power of whole foods and herbs. Working with the microbiome has become my greatest passion, because these trillions of “good guys” in our gut outnumber our human cells ten to one—and they hold the key to vibrant health. When we nurture our inner ecosystem and let the microbiome flourish, we unlock a whole new level of wellbeing. I’ve seen it time and again: people overcoming long-standing issues, regaining their energy, and discovering their true vitality. My philosophy begins with gentle purification, followed by rejuvenation—always rooted in the belief that prevention is far more powerful than cure.
